Our mission is to help children and adults build confidence, safety, and joy through swimming. Our curriculum, designed by world-class swimmers, focuses on teaching proper technique and water safety in a fun, supportive environment. What You’ll Do: - Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash® curriculum in a positive and engaging way. - Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. - Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence. - Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. - Communicate with families about student progress. Qualifications: - CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification (adult, child, infant). - Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred. - WSI certification or lifeguard experience is a plus. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Training in the SafeSplash® curriculum is provided.
