Hourly Pay Range: $18.31 - $25.63 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Lead Barista Location: Elmhurst, IL: Full Time, 40 hours: Hours: Varying shifts between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm with rotating weekends & holidays Required Travel: no: What you will need: High School Degree or in Progress of obtaining Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date of position Required 2 years coffee shop experience, Starbucks preferred What you will do: Provides direction to the team on assignments. Participates in the completion of work tasks and assists the team with complex work tasks or problem areas. Acts as the “go to” resource for the team. Typically provides input into performance reviews, staff training & development for the team and provides input regarding work assignments. Monitors the completion of work tasks by the team.
