The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers, and other stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through a deep technical specialisation in complex claims. This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.
