The Senior Manager, Software Engineering Xometry EU will lead the engineering organization across Europe and serve as one of the most senior technology leaders in the region. Reporting to the CTO, International, this leader will be accountable for building, scaling, and maturing high-performing software engineering teams across EU hubs — while ensuring deep alignment with global product, platform, and AI initiatives. This is a high-visibility role ideal for an engineering executive who has led large teams of 50-100 engineers and operated at entry/mid-executive level in large tech-first companies (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, Google, Meta) or senior-executive level in mid-sized tech-driven organizations (e.g. HelloFresh, Etsy, Delivery Hero).
