Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will balance high-level executive support for the DX VP of Engineering with the execution of BU-wide operational programs. You’ll be the connective tissue between leadership vision and departmental execution, ensuring our engineering organization scales efficiently while maintaining a vibrant, engaged culture.
