Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Promotes and Demonstrates the Joliet Operating Philosophy of Safety/Health (including PQP), Environmental/Regulatory Compliance, Customer/Quality Commitment and Productivity, Cost Control and Asset Management within and environment of Continuous Improvement and Respect/Caring for all Personnel. - Will direct activities in the plant in the absence of the plant or unit manager in terms of schedules, planning, work issuance, etc. - Manages small/medium plant capital projects (<$300k), capital budgets, and fixed cost Repair and Maintenance budgets - Actively supports site JHSC (Joint, Health and Safety Committee) through participation, support and promotion. - Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and requirements. - Ensures compliance with company policies. -...
