Job description

Description Location: Rancho Cordova, CA: Fulltime: Description: CNC Machinist will work on both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe work centers setting up and proving programs. The position is responsible for their assigned machine(s) from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials. The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating the machine effectively to ensure parts are being run efficiently and tolerances are to print. orders and replaces parts as needed for equipment repairs. Essential Duties & Functions: - Completes all duties and responsibilities in adherence with Tri Tool's core values. - Operating CNC machining equipment (VTL, Mazak, BTH) to produce parts using blueprints provided with understanding of relation to GD&T. - Loading tooling for jobs and measuring tool length offset, making tooling boxes for jobs. - Inspect parts produced for accuracy, flaws, or areas of concern. - Communicate problems with work holding and programming to supervisor and machine programmer. - Communicate tooling needed with supervisor for upcoming jobs, design and produce fixturings for upcoming jobs. - Load and unload parts and materials per job requirement. - Bl...
