Intern/Coop - Construction Management Skills Training (CMST) Program

Job description

Overview We are looking for college students (rising Juniors and Seniors) seeking internships for the summer of 2026 in, Los Angeles. This internship will provide advance consideration for Shawmut’s CMST program after graduation. The ability to build strong relationships is key for our Construction Operations and Field Operations internships. These roles are hands on and will work closely with our established project teams providing you a wonderful introduction to the industry and the Shawmut culture.
