Overview Titan Virginia Ready Mix is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work in the Sterling/ Northern VA region. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to repair and maintain machinery, both electronic and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and other plant and mobile equipment related to our concrete plants and facilities. Responsibilities: Analyze required work orders and sketches to troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment Make plant repairs and perform maintenance promptly to ensure continuous operations Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, and scheduling Follow all applicable safety regulations and policies Identify multiple projects and prioritize work to maximize plant productivity Communicate clearly and effectively at various levels to obtain and provide the information needed to accomplish goals Perform maintenance and repair of various types of plant equipment across various plant locations Maximize equipment availability through the use of efficient and proactive preventi...
