Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryThis is a Second Shift Position with varying hours: Could be Monday through Friday 3PM-1:30AM or Monday-Thursday 3PM-11:30PM or a combination of both after conversations with the hiring manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Accomplishes material handling staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing quality program, safety, operational, personnel policies and procedures. Ensures equipment being utilized is being properly maintain; handhelds and forklifts. Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure and maintaining the assets of the facility. Controls inventory/PO quality by conducting physical counts; reconciling with BMS or communicating with purchasing. Aid other areas whenever needed, internal and external.
