AccuWeather is seeking a creative IT professional who enjoys contributing to complex technical projects. If you are searching for a meaningful hardware and software support role in a collaborative team environment, we're looking for someone like you to join our team. In addition to providing Tier 2 support for user devices and accounts, the right Windows System Administrator will be responsible for procurement, configuration, and monitoring of end-user hardware and software. Job Responsibilities: - Manage desktop and helpdesk support efforts, including triage, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. - Conduct regular audits of Software Licenses and Hardware. - Maintain internal team documentation on SharePoint and local file shares. - Manage procurement of Windows PCs, laptops, and accessories. - Manage Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Slack, ScaleFusion and Windows OS and other administrative tasks - Manage the process of machine im...
