RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with all divisions to highlight company culture and employee stories - Create and manage content for digital signage across our locations, highlighting benefits, safety, performance, employee recognition, and hiring opportunities. - Support workplace communications displays to reinforce company culture and key business messages - Develop visual content that engages employees and promotes our employer brand across all locations - Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok as applicable). - Create engaging content including posts, short videos, and graphics aligned with our brand voice. - Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages as appropriate - Track and report on engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) - Support campaigns for hiring and brand awareness and company initiatives WHAT YOU’LL LEARN: - How to build and manage a consistent brand voice - Basics of content strategy and campaign execution - Social media analytics and performance tracing - Employer branding and recruitment marketing - Cross-functional collaboration in a growing organization QUALIFICATIONS: SCHEDULE:...
