Executive Director Beo Franklin: Position Summary: Our mission is all about creating the absolute best experience, with every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall experience while maintaining the financial health of the community. The Executive Director will maintain an open-door policy to communicate with, listen to, and assist each person with compassion and patience. The Executive Director will lead by example, build relationships, and earn the trust and respect of others.
