Overview PROGRAM MANAGER (TRADOC): Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to manage staff support operations to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Surgeon’s Office located in Fort Eustis, VA. The Program Manager will manage a team of contractor personnel to include hiring and training, revise Army/DoD regulations and policy, and conduct the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to determine an acceptable solution that is agreeable to leadership and in agreement with Army Regulations and policies. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and integrate budget formulation and standardizes information management and public health in support of readiness within TRADOC. - Employ operational planning concepts and draft appropriate orders for execution of plans. - Responsible for the medical programs and contingency planning that affect training, Soldier readiness operations, and Soldier health promotion considerations daily, as well as support medically- related issues of homeland security, mobilization, and training during contingencies at TRADOC installations located throughout the United States. - Coordinate with the Army Emergency Operations Center in the Pentagon, the Office of the...
