Job Req ID: 58876 Closing Date: 1st June: Location: London: About the role: The role is responsible for delivering and coordinating business readiness through project delivery (training, enablement, stakeholder engagement) and helping teams transition to new ways of working. The role has a close working relationship with Programme, Business and People and Culture leadership, and will take an active role in shaping change in a fast-moving AI enabled environment. The role sits within the UK Business, People Transformation & Change team supporting transformation through the delivery of key projects (70-80%), and reports to the Senior Manager, People Transformation and Change, with day to day direction provided by an assignment manager. The strategic people business partnering comprises around 20-30% of the role and provides support to leaders and managers in the Transformation function, encouraging and developing self-sufficiency, with a dotted line to the People Transformation Director who acts as HRD to the Transformation Function.
