Interns will follow Hill Top Academy’s academic calendar. Work Schedule: 7.5 hours/day (including ½ lunch), following the Hill Top Academy's academic calendar Job Goal: To student teach in an immersive experience, learning from the cooperating teacher and other staff, assisting in meeting the instructional and behavioral needs of the students, and to lead the planning and instruction of the classroom in designated times and content areas. Performance Responsibilities: 1. Interns will begin their experience attending summer academy days which will promote collaboration with the mentor teacher prior to the start of the school year. 2.
