Description KEENE FAMILY YMCA Job Description: Job Title: Gymnastics Camp Assistant Counselor Pay Grade: 1 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt- Seasonal Pay Range: $$12.57-$15.71-$18.85 Reports to: Gymnastics Coordinator Revision Date: 3.10.2026 POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Builds members and the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s impact. This position assists in the supervision of a group of children in a seasonal day camp setting with a focus on gymnastics. Provides positive engagement with youth in a safe, nurturing environment. Provides quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
