Description The Director of Enrollment provides strategic leadership and hands-on management of student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment operations for the Equine Gap Program, Summer Camps, and Hybrid Programs within the Animal Sciences Division. This individual develops and executes enrollment strategies that align with the institution’s mission, emphasizing experiential education, animal stewardship, and innovative learning pathways. Strategic Planning & Leadership: - Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment plans for equine and animal science programs, including recruitment goals, marketing initiatives, and outreach strategies. - Analyze enrollment trends to inform data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all offerings.
