This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and holds people accountable. This role is responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the bakery. The owner is not involved in daily operations, this position requires someone who can take ownership, lead independently, and drive results.
