The AEMEA ASPICE Process Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and deploying Automotive SPICE–compliant processes within AEMEA, ensuring effective and efficient project execution. Acting as a strategic partner to Project Managers and functional leaders, the role enables consistent ASPICE application across projects while leveraging existing expertise and systematically addressing capability gaps. The position operates in a matrix organization , with a strong divisional delivery focus and close alignment with global process owners and governance teams .
