Job Description & Summary The Digital&IPA team at PwC Poland consists of nearly 500 people. We are responsible for IT projects for both Polish and international clients. We carry out a wide range of tasks—from designing, building, and implementing solutions, through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, to defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications. Within the department, we provide IT consulting services, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad. Your future role: - Support the end-to-end product design process to craft engaging and intuitive digital experiences, - Develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring design accuracy and facilitating clear communication with stakeholders and development teams, - Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, architects, and PO/PM, communicating design concepts and gathering requirements to guide product development, - Contribute to user research efforts, including user interviews, to continuously improve user-centered design approaches.
