Job DetailsJob Location: Pottersville, NY 12860Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 HourlyPOSITION OVERVIEW: The Resident Director is to be a godly individual who, by life, example and instruction, assist the Deans in the Student Life Department in dorm management and training of RAs. They are also to contribute to the spiritual development of the students under their care. RESPONSIBILITIES: To lead in the areas of life and ministry. To faithfully shepherd the student leaders and overall student body. To effectively implement the Student Handbook. Personal Spiritual Growth: Spiritual Disciplines: Quiet Time/Bible study: Scripture memory Attend a church service Accountability: With Dean of Men/Women: Others in your life RA & Student Mentoring: Availability: Allow for time in your schedule to be in and around students outside of regular scheduled meetings (sporting events dorm devos, other gatherings).
