These positions are full-time, pay $15/hr. and include full benefits (below), and work at the Indy Fresh Market location on the northeast side of Indianapolis (address is 6002 E 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46226). Indy Fresh Market is a new full-service grocery store located near the Cook Medical manufacturing facility on 38th and Sheridan. In partnership with Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (GCSI), the store will provide additional jobs and future educational opportunities for residents while also bringing a much-needed food source to the community. The Grocery Associate assists the store management team in reaching the operational goals of the site by functioning in various capacities within the Grocery Store. The various areas the Grocery Associate may be called upon to learn and work include: Cashier, Center Store, Produce, Cart Attendant, Dairy, Deli or Freezer. Example Duties and Activities: Cashier Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer transactions, maintaining accuracy and ensuring a balanced cash drawer.
