The job duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Managing and leading a team of supervisors and technicians who primarily install and decommission police communication and other electronic equipment in VSP and User Agencies Requirements Committee (UARC) vehicles. - Directing and supervising team leaders and the operation of the VSP Installation Facility. - Updating Network Operations Center (NOC) tickets with UARC requests in a timely manner and maintaining logs and records for VSP/UARC vehicles. - Directing the cross-training of subordinate staff and/or developing desk procedures to ensure continuity of operations.
