This is one of the highest-leverage roles at Primer. The job has two dimensions. The first is making the CEO office more effective: turning thinking into action, keeping commitments on track, and absorbing work that would otherwise fragment across the executive team. The second is making the company more effective: running the operating rhythm, owning cross-functional delivery, and surfacing things that fall between teams. This is not a coordinator role.
