Job Purpose: The Senior TA Specialist, Leadership Pipelines is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for school-based and state-level leadership roles across Charter Schools USA. This includes identifying, attracting, and hiring Principals, Assistant Principals, Deans, Head of Schools, and other high-impact instructional and operational roles.
