Job Description Summary We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Civil Portfolio Programs Team as a Customer Program Leader. Responsible for working with the Senior Program Manager to support one of our Civil Programs. In this role you will foster a “one team” approach to customer satisfaction and will lead a cross-functional team to deliver all contracted program deliverables, advocating for strong project governance, whilst driving opportunities to maintain or improve the business case. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Primary contact point of assigned customers and be responsible for the customer relationship. - Responsible for delivery of the business case. Driving actions to achieve programme, business, and financial targets for responsible products/support contracts. - Establishes Standard Work patterns to ensure delivery of Contractual obligations, export/regulatory compliance, company policies & processes and business requirements - Ensure contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Statement of Work (SOW) are monitored, delivered, and reported - Organise and attend meetings and conference calls between customers and GE for any resolutions ab...
