Job Family: Data Science Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: The MHS and DHA AI & Data Lead is a senior technical and people leader responsible for delivering AI- and data-driven solutions across MHS and DHA. This role operates within a matrixed consulting organization, partnering closely with client account leadership, delivery teams, and growth teams. Key responsibilities include: Lead and oversee AI and data solution delivery for MHS and DHA clients ensuring high-quality technical execution, regulatory compliance, and strong client relationships Serve as the technical delivery lead for complex engagements, managing scope, staffing, risk, and project economics in collaboration with account and program leadership Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders across IT, data, analytics, interoperability, and mission functions Support business development efforts by working with account teams to identify, shape, and pursue new opportunities, serving as the AI/Data technical leader during capture, proposal development, and client presentations Translate Defense health and healthcare needs into scalable...
