Become a part of our caring community The Lead Product Owner – Digital Solutions is a senior product leader responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a portfolio of digital health solutions. This role spans the full product lifecycle—from vision and discovery through launch, optimization, and scale—and operates with a high degree of autonomy. As a leader within the product organization, the Lead Product Owner shapes enterprise‑level digital strategy, guides technical and business decisions for complex product capabilities, and mentors Product Owners while partnering closely with engineering, clinical operations, data, design, and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own and lead a portfolio of digital health solutions (e.g., EMR enhancements, operational workflow tools, patient engagement platforms, analytics and decision support capabilities) aligned to strategy. Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and enterprise‑level prioritization, making key decisions on value trade‑offs and release sequencing across multiple product teams.
