Key position functions include: - Responsible for material handling of product from incoming receiving to work order picking. - Pull all material required for work orders and place into proper locations per schedule priority and/or instruction. - Unload, sort, inspect and put away incoming material as per receiving instructions. - Ensure processes, lifting devices and forklift operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations and are carried out in a conscientious manner. - Check to ensure material picked for work orders is correct before being released. - Record required information by pick list or RF gun, which may include lot numbers, serial numbers, heat numbers, quantities, etc. - Ensure proper and timely flow of paperwork for pick lists, purchase orders, packing slips, etc. - Advise Purchasing and Manufacturing of material shortages or delivery delays. - Perform uncrating duties for overseas shipments. - General warehouse duties include but are not limited to: - Maintaining and organizing goods, keeping areas clean and orderly. - Maintaining...
