Description ATTENTION! $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!: Gateway Rehab has an outstanding opportunity for a Substance Use Disorder Therapist who is responsible for providing substance use treatment and case management services for assigned patients in our Center Township, PA location. This position receives regular supervision and instruction. Responsibilities: - Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices. - Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team. - Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs. - Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs. - Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. - Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload. - Plans for continuing care of patient and makes appropriate referrals. - Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload. - Provides referrals for additional care or services wh...
