The Talent Acquisition Consultant is targeted to have hands ‑ on experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle functions, with an understanding of how roles across patient access, coding, billing, and revenue integrity contribute to financial performance and patient experience. This role partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support. The consultant manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment.
