At Silentium Defence, we’re advancing passive radar and sensing technologies that protect what matters most. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Commercial Support Officer to strengthen how we manage contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships across the business. This is a hands-on, business-critical role where you’ll sit at the centre of commercial operations supporting the delivery of projects, products, and services through effective contract and procurement practices. About the Role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end management of commercial activities, ensuring contracts, supplier agreements, and procurement processes are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on value and risk management. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to complex commercial environments, including defence and regulated industries, while building practical capability across contract management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
