Description National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a substance abuse treatment facility in Arlington, VA is currently seeking full-time Residential Specialists to join our Adult Residential Programs . Responsibilities include monitoring the therapeutic milieu and activities, responding to patient crises and emergencies as needed. This position assures a safe and drug free environment and provides Life Skills and 12 Step Education. We have multiple shifts available: 1. Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am 2. Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm 3.
