Director of Business Management Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Five (5) years of full time progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, or business operations. Experience with financial principles, budget management, and/or accounting practices. Experience with contract management, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing complex budgets (multi-million-dollar) and multiple funding sources. Knowledge of HR practices. Preferred Qualifications: Advance degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Additional years (6+) years of full time progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, or business operations. Experience with higher education, public sector, or large unionized environments. Experience with SUNY, New York State financial systems, and/or OGS procurement processes. Experience with labor relations and workforce management in a unionized environment. Supervisory experience.
