Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔 As our IT Support Team Lead you'll be at the forefront of providing a seamless experience for all staff in the EU & APAC region. The IT Operations team is responsible for delivering all the technologies required for GWI staff to deliver our products to clients. A few things you’ll be responsible for: 👉 Leading comprehensive hardware and software management, from procurement to support, always with an eye towards efficiency. 👉 Mentoring, and supporting the Ops Support team to foster high performance and continuous development.
