About The Role As Branch Manager for ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) in Ballina , you will take ownership of the branch’s commercial success, leading sales growth and strengthening customer partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance commercial performance with operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of approximately 12 staff (permanent and contractors), creating a positive, safety-first culture while ensuring the branch delivers consistently strong results. Working closely with regional leadership and internal teams, you’ll drive local growth strategies, optimise performance and position the branch for long-term success. Just as importantly, you’ll be an open, collaborative leader—someone who builds trust with the existing team, brings people on the journey and leads through influence.
