Lifeguard Location | Part Time, Hourly | $ per hour Love swimming and working at the pool? We got you. We are looking for individuals age 15+ to serve as lifeguards. As a lifeguard, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime! What is needed to be a Lifeguard: - 15+ years of age - American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course - Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills The responsibilities we will trust you with as a Lifeguard: - Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants and members in our Wellness Centers - Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck, aquatic areas, and wellness areas - Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing; and of the wellness centers What you can expect: YMCA is...
