POSITION SUMMARY: Working under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Access Representative will work closely with the medical, mental health and recovery, and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of reception, data collection, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and overall administrative support to health services.
