Interim CDI Director

Warbird Healthcare Advisors is partnering with a healthcare organization in the Northwest seeking an experienced Interim Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) for a 6+ month engagement. This role will focus on evaluating current program gaps and driving improvements to align with best practice standards, specifically around CC/MCC capture, physician engagement, and CDI–Coding integration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can quickly assess, influence, and implement sustainable change.
