Under the general supervision of the Human Resource Process Manager, the incumbent in this position must have extensive technical knowledge of personal computers and software, and personnel administration to include familiarity with personnel rules, regulations, policies and procedures, payroll, leave and attendance processing, and records management. Additionally, this individual is responsible for assisting with the overall management of payroll, leave and attendance and workers' compensation. Performs human resources duties in accordance with Section 447.203, Florida Statutes. Responsibilities in Payroll: Completes all assigned payroll steps in FLHealthDesk-HR (FLHDHR).
