Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Chief Engineer to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT. Leadership: - Direct workforce and manage workload. - Supervise, plan, inspect, and manage quality. - Distribute work orders and PM tasks. - Report to PM. - Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members. Technical Expertise: - Lead maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on complex HVAC systems. - Operate and understand building Energy Management Systems. - Work with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic controls/instruments. - Analyze, modify, and upgrade control systems with proper support of vendors and approval of the CO/COR. - Read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions. Administration: Administrative: Versatility: Experience: - Research specifications and make installation corrections. - Assist with estimating projects. - Install new equipment and instruments and ensure operability. - Handle paperwork associated with daily work. - Engage and collaborate with PCC to support scope of work. - Maintain communication with Government during normal hours and emergencies. - Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). - Close o...
