The Head of Business Execution for North America, Citi Private Bank, is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the strategic execution and operational excellence of the Citi Private Bank across the North American region. This role involves overseeing key business initiatives, ensuring efficient operations, managing strategic projects, and enhancing overall business performance in alignment with regional objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Wealth COO and the Head of Citi Private Bank, North America, to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure robust implementation, contributing to the commercial objectives of the business and the strategic direction of Citi Wealth and the firm more broadly. This role will also play a key part in supporting the CPB NAM head and working with their leadership team to manage the day-to-day aspects of the business.
