Our Company ResCare Community Living: Overview: The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of residential and community programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role ensures consistent regulatory compliance, promotes a positive organizational culture, and upholds the agency’s mission and values. Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, the Program Manager leads staff, coordinates individualized supports, ensures quality outcomes, manages risk, and supports strategic initiatives, census development, and operational growth.
