Job Description Position Summary: The Wine Educator & Tour Guide at Robert Mondavi Winery is a dynamic frontline ambassador responsible for delivering world-class wine education, public and private tastings, and immersive winery tours. This role is central to creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the iconic Robert Mondavi Winery brand and values of Constellation Brands. The Wine Educator & Tour Guide engages visitors with compelling storytelling, expert wine knowledge, and personalized service, ensuring every guest leaves with a deeper connection to our wines, heritage, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Wine Education and Guest Experience: As part of the wine education and guest experience responsibilities, the Wine Educator & Tour Guide creates and delivers engaging, informative, and interactive wine presentations for guests of all knowledge levels, in both group and private settings.
