Sr. Elevator Operator prev Laborer Skilled Qualifications: - Has worked in a grain handling facility with experience 2+ years - Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening - Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). - Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces - Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust - Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear. - Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods - Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required
