Description We're on a mission to simplify AI adoption with purpose-built inference platforms that combine custom silicon, system software, and orchestration -delivering unmatched performance and efficiency at scale. We’re seeking a hands-on, high-impact Sales Director or VP to lead our go-to-market in North America. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and engaging technical stakeholders, to managing PoCs and securing design wins (DWINs) with large enterprises, cloud providers, and AI-driven companies. What You'll Do: - Engaging with strategic prospects across cloud, enterprise, and data center segments - Drive complex, technical sales cycles (PoCs, DWINs, deployments) - Clearly communicating NeuReality’s differentiated value in a competitive AI infrastructure market - Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting - Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering - Represent the company at key industry events Requirements: - 10+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, 5+ in senior roles (Director/VP) - Direct experience in selling AI Hardware (Chip to Appliance) - Strong technical fluency in AI/ML workloads, inference, and deployment archi...
