Shipside Operations Specialist - Emergent Operations Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Shipside Operation Specialist Level 2 or Level 3) to join the Fabrication South Carolina (FSC) Emergent Operations Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina on Shift 2. Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues. Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues. Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. Works under general direction.
