Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work: The Training Delivery Specialist IV coordinates and monitors the delivery of client training activities as well as provides instruction in subject matter areas. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Coordinates all operational and administrative delivery aspects of his/her training activities - Coordinates instructor staff and facilities for training activities, monitors and helps to evaluate performance, and coordinates evaluations with the Program Manager - Provides orientation, preparation, and administrative and logistical support - Articulates tasks supporting training delivery and provides guidance on how to perform them - Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draft reports on training delivery, highlight deficiencies, and make updates to training plans, course materials, and instructional methods in accordance with DST...
