SUMMARY: Quality Control in operations independently reviews deposit‑related documents and data to ensure accuracy, proper setup, and compliance. The Deposit Quality Manager oversees these reviews, manages record retention, and designs processes that protect data integrity while improving efficiency through collaboration and automation. They also lead a team to ensure all quality tasks are completed accurately and on time. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
